“Designing and building a new residence should be every bit as rewarding for the homeowner, as living in it.”
At Landmark Custom Homes, Jeffry Ewing oversees day-to day operations of the company, but he began his construction career after serving in the US Army. When he returned from Kuwait, Jeff moved to Tampa joining the family owned construction company, Dan Karcher Construction.
While there, Jeff oversaw daily operations and developed new systems and procedures to streamline the company, helping the firm report positive earnings every year he served as partner.
At Dan Karcher Construction, Jeff worked on the design and construction of numerous multi-million dollar waterfront homes and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial property. In 2007, he served as President of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, the 3rd largest builders association in the State of Florida and the 12th largest in the nation with over 1,700 members. In 2008, Jeff was honored by his peers as regional Builder of the Year recognizing his overall contribution to the industry. Jeff is a past board member for the Florida Home Builder Association as well as the National Association of Home Builders.
Jeffry Ewing is a graduate of The University of South Florida and enjoys spending his off-time with his wife, Darby and their three children.
